1. All bookings made will be available on the basis of Mahakal Tv News Network Private. rete Card effective form the present date.

2. All payments to be made in advance in favor of Mahakal Tv News Network Private Limited.as per  IBF(Indian Broadcasting Foundation) guidelines.

3.All rates are subject to change at the solo discretion of Mahakal Tv News Network Private Limited.

4.Release instructions & material to reach 7 working days in advance of the first transmission date.

5. All deals to be Supported by a duly signed contract between Mahakal Tv News Network Private Limited. the client & the advertisement agency.

6. Reschedules requires 7 days notice and cancellation need 30 days notice.

7. Any commercial should be abide by the advertising codes laid down by the ministry of information and broadcasting, the Government of India.

8. Mahakal Tv News Network Private Limited. reserves the right to cancel the advertisement at any point on default of payment.

9. Release material to be in form of Beta/DV or in case of DVD quality loss will be responsible of party.

10. As per the Government of India notification, GST as applicable will be levied on net billing.

11. Missed spots will be made good in the immediate available space in the applicable time band within 72 hours.

12. Special rates can be announced form time to time and may have rates other than the rates mention in this rate card.

13. Mahakal Tv News Network Private Limited. Stands indemnified against any claim arising directly on indirectly from the telecast or non-telecast of the commercial.

14. Campaign should begin within 2 weeks of the signing  of deal & the Proposal will be valid for 15 days form the date of submission.

15. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
